He’s involved in everything from day-to-day operations to long-term planning, always keeping the team focused on delivering top-notch service. Jake’s commitment to quality and innovation keeps us moving forward and growing in the community.

When he’s off the clock, Jake’s either spending time with his kids, golfing or playing basketball. He has a passion for cooking and loves sharing this with family and friends.

Co-Founder and Electrical Construction Manager

Joe Turner, our Co-Founder and Senior Electrical Project Manager, brings hands-on expertise and a personal touch to every project. He works closely with general contractors and builds strong relationships with customers to ensure every project meets our standards and client expectations. Joe is all about delivering top-quality service and keeping clients in the loop from start to finish.

Joe is a proud dad who loves spending time with his family. When he’s not at work, you can find him outdoors, whether he’s hunting, fishing, or hitting the golf course. He enjoys sharing these adventures with his wife and kids, making great memories along the way.

When he’s off the clock, Frank is all about family time with his wife and two kids. You’ll catch them having a blast at amusement parks or on the hiking trails. When he’s not with his family, you can find him golfing or working on projects in his woodworking shop.

When he’s not with family, he’s passionate about mentoring young tradespeople, helping them develop their skills and grow in their careers. Outside of work, Sierra loves honing her skills, whether she’s getting creative with her artwork or experimenting in the kitchen. She’s always trying out new recipes and enjoys sharing her latest creations with friends and family.

OLIVIA BARKHURST

Senior Project Manager

Olivia Barkhurst is our Project Manager, and she’s the glue that keeps everything together behind the scenes. With a talent for managing budgets and handling financials like payroll and accounts, she ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish. On the marketing side, working hard keeping our message clear and connecting with clients in all the right ways.

When she’s not juggling projects, Olivia loves spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys taking her rescue pup, Morrison, out for walks on the local nature trails.
